Signing pay checks and stuffing pay envelopes are a time-consuming part of every pay period. BDB offers a secure, efficient alternative:
Pressure sealed, pre-signed paychecks.
Each payroll you’ll receive your paychecks already signed with an electronic signature and sealed in a self-mailing envelope, perfect for distribution or direct mailing to employees.
How does it work?
First, you provide a copy of the appropriate signature. Then, using state of the art equipment. we scan the signature into our secure system and auto sign your payroll checks. The checks are then pressure sealed in self-mailing envelopes.
Or, if your prefer, choose only our signature service. You’ll receive your checks electronically signed, but not yet in envelopes.
Whichever solution works for your company, BDB is at your service.
And of course, you’ll still continue to receive all of the useful reports and registers you’ve come to expect from BDB.
